Besciamelle



Ingredients:
250 ml milk
1 tablespoon extra-virgin
1 tablespoon flour 00
a pinch of nutmeg
1 pinch of salt and pepper

Procedure:

In a pan pour the milk and dissolve the flour, add oil, nutmeg salt and pepper, mix well. Place over low heat and begin stirring, always in the same direction, until it thickens.
