Meatloaf stuffed


1 kg minced beef
8 eggs
100 grams of bacon slices
100 grams of sliced Emmental
1 bag frozen spinach
50 g butter
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper

Make a simple omelet with 6 eggs and a little Parmesan cheese and set aside. Put the spinach in a pan with butter, salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes or so. Meanwhile put the chopped in a large bowl to create a central hole and put 2 eggs, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and begin to knead with your hands and add the milk a little at a time until dough is compact.
Put the chopped on a sheet of baking paper, and form a rectangle.

Put on the omelet of eggs. Roll out the spinach well wrung the broth

Spread over a layer of bacon

.... and finally a layer of sliced Emmental.

Roll the chopped form a meatloaf and cover it with bread crumbs

Wrap in aluminum paper and place in oven at 250 ° for about an hour. Remove the aluminum and continue cooking for another 30 minutes turning around. Let it cool a bit before cut in slices. Serve with a side of baked potatoes.
