Anti-stress



Saffron has an effective antidepressant and tonic on the nervous system, has also sedative properties. If you had a day of tense and heavy, pour a pinch of saffron powder in a cup of water, bring to boil and leave to infuse for 10 min. Filter and add a teaspoon of honey. Drink the hot tea before going to sleep.
