Mandarin and vanilla syrup


500 ml of mandarin juice + juice of 1 lemon
120 gr sugar
1 vanilla pod


I put in a pan: juice, sugar and vanilla and I boiled them. Then removed the froth and I let it boil for about 1 / 2 hour, until it has shrunk, I filtered with a strainer and put in an airtight jar with vanilla cut in half. This syrup can be used to flavor cakes or biscuits.
..... And then the scented the house!!!
