Croissant


Ingredients:

250 gr flour manitoba
250 grams of flour 00
20 g of yeast
160 grams of warm milk
70 g butter
70 g sugar
1 teaspoon of orange powder (or grated orange rind)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt

Procedure:

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, put it in the planetary and add the sifted flour, add the melted butter, sugar, eggs and orange powder, knead for 3 minutes, finally add the salt and continue kneading for another 2 minutes. Cover the dough with a cloth and let rest for at least 3 hours;
Make balls with the dough and place them apart on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and allow to stand for another 2 hours at least. Before baking brush the croissants with melted butter and place of granulated sugar on it. Bake at 160 ° for 25 minutes.
