Bacio Perugina(english)


Ingredients:
-5oo grams almond flour
-200 grams chopped roasted hazelnuts
-1 jar Nutella 450 gr
-about 80 whole hazelnuts
-500 gr chocolate cover

Procedure:
Mix together the flour almonds and hazelnuts, add the Nutella and knead.Make little balls, put the whole hazelnuts on top. Meanwhile melt the chocolate in a bain-marie as a cover, take the balls one by one, dip them in melted chocolate, with the help of a spoon, pour over the chocolate and place in a base covered with aluminum foil. Once cooled, remove, they are ready to be eating.
