Apricot tart


300 grams of flour 00
100 gr sugar
150 g of lard
2 egg
1 tablespoon orange powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup milk
Procedure:

In planetary pour the flour and lard and knead for a couple of minuts. Add sugar, egg yolks, orange powder, baking powder and milk. Knead for a couple of minutes . Form a loaf and place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Roll out the dough and line a buttered and floured baking pan, prick the dought with a fork and put the jam. With the remaining dough form stripes that go to rest above the crust to form a gridiron. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
