Tart with pastry cream and strawberries

Ingredients for the pastry:

250 grams of flour 00
100 g butter
1 egg
2 tablespoons baking powder
100 gr sugar
1 pinch of salt

Ingredients for cream:
1 lt milk
100 grams of wheat starch
100 gr sugar
2 egg

Ingredients for the crust of chocolate:
150 grams of dark chocolate
30 g butter

Prepare before the cream, dissolving the starch in the milk, add the yolks and sugar and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Let it cool

For the pastry:
Put all ingredients in a planetary speed 2 and knead for a couple of minutes, form a ball and put in refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie with the butter.

For the tart, roll out the dough as thin as possible and cover a buttered and floured mold, drilled the pastry with a fork and bake at 170 degrees for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool and brush them with melted chocolate.

When the chocolate is well hardened, pour the cream and sprinkle the tart with strawberries, dust with icing sugar.
