-250 grams of flour oo
-200 gr sugar
-100 grams of canola oil
-3 eggs
-150 ml milk
-1 envelope of yeast cake
-1 lemon rind

This is also easy to do, beat the eggs with the sugar, add flour, oil, milk, vanilla, lemon zest and finally the yeast. mix well until you get an homogeneous dough . Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan and put in preheated oven at 160 ° for about 50 min. The same ciambella if you want you can decorate with a flow of dark chocolate melted in a bain-marie.
