Orange pork fillet


600g pork fillet
1 onion
1 / 2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 glass of orange juice (I used lemon juice because I had no oranges)
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon flour


In a large skillet, put the finely chopped onion with the olive oil and butter and sauté. Place the pork fillet add salt and pepper, and cook on both sides, turning a couple of times. Add the balsamic vinegar and continue cooking, add the orange juice (I used lemon juice), continue turning over, then add the glass of red wine and finish to cook.Take off the fillet from the pan and place it in a serving dish. In broth, add 1 tablespoon of flour, stir and allow it to thicken. Blend all the ingredients and pour the cream over the fillet
