Chocolate chips muffins

Ingredients for 6 muffins

190 gr flour 00
100 gr sugar
1 egg + 1 yolk
90 g butter
1 / 2 vial of vanilla
1 packet of yeast
1 pinch of baking soda
1 pinch of salt
125 ml milk
50 grams of chocolate chips
icing sugar


Put in a blender at room temperature butter and sugar and whisk, add the egg + the yolk, whisk, add the flour sifted with yeast, vanilla, baking soda and salt, add the milk to continue to whisk to mix all ingredients . Fill 4/5 the molds in aluminum and bake at 160 ° for 20 minutes. Let cool slightly, remove from the molds and put them in paper cups, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
