Pork loin with peas

This is simple and fast recipe, but always appreciated.


8 slices of pork loin
450 g frozen peas
1 / 2 onion
1 carrot
salt and pepper and chili
80 g butter


Flour and fry the slices of loin with butter, stirring a few times, put salt and pepper. Apart cook peas in a nonstick skillet with sauteed onions and carrots, add the parsley, salt pepper chilli and possibly a bit of water. Pour the peas into the pan with the slices of pork and let asaporire Everything cooked over low heat for 5 minutes or so.
