Broccoli cake






Ingredients:




1 broccoli
50 g parmesan
3 eggs
100 grams of Emmental
salt and pepper
Procedure:




Cut the broccoli into small pieces and clean it well, boil for about 20 minutes, until it is well cooked, drain well and remove excess water by smashing it with a fork. Besides, beat the eggs with the Parmesan, salt, pepper, and cut into chunks Emmental, add the broccoli and mix well together. Pour the mixture into a mold greased with a little oil and sprinkle with the breadcrumbs. Bake at 180° for 30 minutes, finishing with 3 minutes grill.
