yogurt dip


500 gr of low-fat yogurt
1 pinch of salt
juice of half lemon
1 tablespoon chives
1 pinch pepper


Mix yogurt with salt, wrap it with sterile gauze weave thick, laid in a sieve and place over a deep bowl. Cover and store in refrigerator overnight. Retrieved yogurt, add the chives, lemon juice, pepper, add salt and mix well. Season with a little oil and serve ...
