pizza




Ingredients for the dough:

250 grams of flour manitoba
250 grams of flour 00
25 g yeast
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt

Ingredients for the sauce:

1 bottle of tomato sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
oregano
300 grams mozzarella
100 grams of ham
1 package hot dogs

Procedure:

Put sifted flours in planetary and sugar and mix. Meanwhile, dissolve the yeast in some warm water, pour in the flour and add the remaining water, mix at medium speed for about 5 minutes at the end add salt and let it mix.
Cover the dough with a cloth and let rise for about 1 hour and a half. Take the well-leavened dough, and roll it out in an oiled baking pan, add tomatoes seasoned with salt, oil, pepper and oregano, and place in oven at 250 degrees for about 10 minutes, then halfway through cooking take off from oven and add the cheese and ingredients you like, bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is well melted and the pizza well done
