Berries jam tarte

For the pastefrolle:

500 grams of flour 00
150 gr sugar
150 grams of lard
5 g of ammonia
1 / 2 packet of baking powder
100 ml of milk or water
a tablespoon of honey or jam
1 / 2 packet of vanillin

For the garnish:
a jar of berries jam

Procedure for the pastefrolle:

In a bowl put the flour and sugar and mix, add thelard, ammonia, baking soda, water or milk, honey or jam, vanilla, mix well, wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put in refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Procedure for the crust:

Spread the dough with a rolling pin (keeping a little aside) put the dough in a greased and floured baking pan, with your fingers try to create a flange. pour the jam.With the rest of the dought form some strips and place on the jam to form squares. Bake in preheated oven at 180 g for about 40 min. For the garnish you can use any kind of jam of your choice.
