Chestnut cake

300g of chestnut flour
50 g sugar
300 ml milk
2 tablespoons olive oil
50 g raisins
50 grams of pine nuts
50 g walnuts
rind of 1 orange

Put the chestnut flour into a bowl, add sugar, oil, milk a little at a time, stirring with a wooden spoon. Then add the raisins, soaked in warm water, chopped walnuts and pine nuts and grated orange peel. Mix all ingredients.
Grease and flour a baking pan, pour the mixture, and bake at 160 ° for 45 min.
