Mandarins and cinnamon biscuits

Ingredients:

500 grams of flour 00

200 g butter

275 gr sugar

2 eggs + 1 egg yolk

1 tablespoon syrup and vanilla Mandarins

1 / 2 packet of yeast



Procedure:

Pour the dough the flour sifted with yeast, add the softened butter and mix (if you have not the mixer you can do it by hand) for about 1 minute, add eggs and egg yolk, syrup tangerine and vanilla, sugar and mix.Make a big ball with the dough, wrap in plastic wrap and stored in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Make small balls and arrange in pan lined with crushed with greaseproof paper. Bake at 200 g for 20 minutes. When they are ready, let cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
