Squid with artichokes

2 squids
4 artichokes
2 carrots
1 onion, shallot
30 g pine nuts
1 / 2 cup white wine
salt pepper, chili

Wipe the artichokes by removing the outer leaves and the tips and leaving the tender part, cut and put in water acidulated with lemon;
In a large skillet cook the onion with sliced carrots and artichokes, add the pine nuts, salt, pepper and chilli and cook over low heat. Meanwhile cook grilled squid, cleaned well, when they are cooked add them to artichokes, blended with a little white wine and finish cooking.
